Thomas Davis
I started my journey when I was asked to be a liturgy leader in a wedding. It was a beautiful religious ceremony held at St. Paul on the campus of Columbia University in New York City. I wore an alb and I was the person that announced to the world for the first time the couple as spouses. Moments after the ceremony, I asked the groom what he would like me to do with the alb. He said, “Keep it. I have a feeling you will be using it again.” It was a beautiful evening and I would later receive compliments on the job I had done as liturgy leader.
As time went by, I saw a need for couples that wanted to get married but were not interested in having a church wedding or going to the justice of the peace. So I began to help them create beautiful services at select venues where they felt comfortable. I am a man of faith but your ceremony need be no more formal that you care for it to be. I am legally authorized to marry you and I love helping to unite couples in love. It would be a privilege for me to help you with your special day and I’d be honored to do so.
